About Louise

I have worked in the beauty industry for over 25 years, having trained at Hopwood College and gaining NVQ level 3 in 1998 when I was awarded student of the year for beauty therapy.

After leaving college I gained valuable experience working in various salons in the Rochdale area before deciding to go it alone and start my own business called FaceByLouise. I started by renting a room in a local gym but soon out grew this due to demand for my services and then moved to larger premises in Rochdale. In a very short time I attracted a keen following because of what clients describe as “my magic touch”.

In 2009 after 6 years of running my own successful business I decided I needed a new challenge and moved to Australia to further my education in the industry and get a different insight in to how things are done, working in the prestige Versace Plaza Hotel on the Gold Coast. This is where I was introduced to the exclusive Skeyndor range of beauty products which I now use.

I returned to the UK in 2011 and for a short time worked in Nicky Clarkes, Manchester and at nights went to college to Qualify as a sports Masseuse to add another skill to my portfolio. I soon got the urge to go it alone again and in 2012 re-launched FaceByLouise working from Celeste Arnold Hair Salon in Edenfield.

2016 saw the need for larger premises as I introduced new treatments and I relocated to THE BLEMISH CLINIC also in Edenfield.

Another Move in 2018 has taken me to Spectrum One in Haslingden. Working from this Luxurious award winning hair salon means my clients have added space and facilities.

I offer a range of treatments including CACI non-surgical facelifts, Bespoke facial treatments, DMK, Dermalux and Cosmedix therapies plus sports massage, various hoistic face and body massages and all types of beauty therapeutic treatments and I have just began to offer Dermalux Light Fusion therapy as well as retailing a large range of products to complement my services.
