Louise is one of the most incredible facialists I have ever come across. Haven’t used gift over a decade now and she’s unequivocally so talented with understanding your skin concerns and needs. She adapts every treatment to what I need rather than what I want and the results are always incredible. Louise really cares about what she does and the shows in how much time effort she takes. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I can’t recommend Louise highly enough! Louise takes the time to listen to you, reads your body and skin and then adapts every treatment to deliver exactly what you need at the time. I’ve never been so relaxed during a treatment as I have complete trust and confidence in her. Whether a 60 minute appointment or luxury bespoke 2 hour treat, I leave rested and re-energised with the love and positive energy Louise somehow passes on.

I have been going to Louise for several months now after recommendation from a friend,she is amazing ,she has a passion for what she does and my skin feels amazing , better than it’s ever done ,the products she uses are lovely,I feel so relaxed when having treatment and fell asleep last time ,I always leave chilled and relaxed ,I would never go anywhere else.

I wouldn't go anywhere else ! Being a woman over a certain age Louise makes me feel so at ease and not embarrassed. Her expertise and knowledge on what both my face and skin in general needs is second to none. She adapts the treatments to suit me at the time of my treatment rather than one treatment suits all. Definitely worth a visit.

Louise is the most amazing person, I have had CACI facials with Louise for over a year now and every time I walk out feeling amazing, relaxed and looking younger. Her technique and professionalism is second to none. I get a therapist session too as we talk about a few things prior to relax.
